The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) now requires all food service facilities licensed at a "Risk Level 3 or higher" to have a least one staff person who has completed an ODH approved Level 2 Food Safety Training.

  • OSU Extension has partnered with TAP Series to offer an online course which meets all ODH requirements and replaces the 15 hour (two day) classroom study requirement. The total cost is $120 per person (enrollment into the online training is $73 and the ODH approved examination at a test center is $48).
