The committee encourages advisors to attend the Ohio 4-H Volunteer Conference on March 11. The committee agreed to be a “Green” Sponsor which  provides two registrations and recognition in the banquet program.

The committee discussed the fact that some members may want to complete project #151 – Raising Pullets but are discouraged because there is no class for that species at the fair.  If you have members who would be interested in completing this project if a class could be added, please call the office.  We may have enough interest to request a review by the fair board.

Advisors will have the option of either mailing their enrollment fees check directly to the 4-H Committee treasurer OR can being their check in with their enrollment forms and can use an envelope we’ll have ready to be mailed to the treasurer.

The committee discussed goals for 2006.  All agreed that the CARTEENS program will be a good addition to the 4-H program.
