Newsletter survey winners announced
OSU Extension, Hocking, Perry and Vinton Counties partner with their local school systems to provide The Family Tackle Box parent education newsletter. In Hocking County, the newsletter is distributed to parents of children enrolled in the SPROUTS program. To determine the effectiveness of the newsletter, the Extension educators conducted a research survey during May. Two $50 gift cards to a grocery store were provided as incentives to parents to complete the survey. To enter the drawing for the incentives, parents kept one part of a numbered two part ticket and returned the other with the survey. The numbers of the winning tickets were: 864197 and 864152. To claim the gift card, the parents with the matching numbers are asked to bring their ticket to OSU Extension, Hocking County. For more information, call the Extension office at (740) 385-3222.
